Job summary

Hastings Hotels Group in Belfast is seeking a reliable Night Porter for Grand Central Hotel. You will join the night reception team, helping guests, ensuring security and delivering high service standards during overnight hours.

Shift pattern is 11pm–7am, 35 hours per week across five shifts, including weekends. We offer staff meals, discounts, 29 days holiday plus your birthday, and opportunities for progression. Training provided by the Night Manager.

Qualifications

• Motivated, reliable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve and assist guests during the night shift.
• Provide highest standard of service to guests.
• Handle guest luggage and assist with parking valet.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas.
• Receive cash payments and record transactions.
