Job summary

Caterpeople seeks an experienced Chef de Rang for a luxury hotel in Ripon to deliver the highest level of service in a fine dining setting. You will master all menus, maintain impeccable mise en place, and contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant.

The successful candidate will have previous fine dining experience, outstanding service skills, and a proactive, charmful team attitude. Salary package up to £24k plus Tronc and staff accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the smooth running of a fine dining restaurant.
• Be fully knowledgeable about all menus and provide deep explanations on request.
• Prepare your section to the highest standards; ensure mise en place is correct.
• Carry out daily schedules and maintain tidiness and cleanliness of restaurant areas.
• Be punctual, reliable and a proactive team member.
