Cliveden House is seeking a dedicated Chef de Rang for our 3 Rosette dining room. You will deliver exceptional table service, engage with guests, and support all aspects of service to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Provide exceptional table service to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients and wine pairings; maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service and guest interaction in a 3 Rosette dining room.
• Assist with all service aspects including table setup, service, and clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and professionalism in the dining area.
• Build rapport with guests and adapt under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
