Job summary

The Resort at Pelican Hill seeks a Guest Experience Concierge to fulfill guests' dining, entertainment and travel requests, and to provide information about services and amenities. You’ll greet VIPs with professionalism and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless experiences.

Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour with full-time benefits including health, paid time off and a 401(k). Strong communication and discretion are essential for serving high-profile guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in a second language preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival schedules for return guests VIPs and dignitaries daily.
• Welcome resort guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests following policies.
• Quote room and rate availability for current and future dates.
• Project friendliness professionalism and willingness to provide personalized services.
• Resolve guest complaints per department policies; obtain management assistance as needed.
• Properly handle room keys per policies.
• Inform appropriate departments of guests’ special needs and requests.
• Escort VIPs and return guests to rooms as requested.
• Follow procedures in hotel emergencies or safety situations.
