Five+ years of management experience and excellent English communication are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role offers a base pay range of $71,500–$79,700 plus competitive benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference services and manage group bookings.
• Communicate with sales managers and hotel staff to fulfill client needs.
• Negotiate with clients to maximize revenue while meeting requirements.
• Lead tours of the property for meeting planners.
• Develop creative event proposals and menu presentations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Upsell across departments to maximize revenue.
