Qualifikationen

• Experience in proactive or reactive hotel sales within luxury or lifestyle environments.
• Proven track record of managing pipeline and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Commercially driven, target-focused and motivated by results.
• Strong CRM skills with ability to craft engaging proposals reflecting hotel personality.
• Confident, persuasive and client-facing.
• Familiarity with Cvent and Venue Directory; agency networks.
• Team player, able to collaborate with planning and commercial teams.
• Flexible to hot-desk across two hotels.
