LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a Groups and Events Sales Executive to manage enquiries for events and group accommodation across St Martins Lane and Sanderson. This role requires turning ideas into reality, qualifying leads, and crafting tailored proposals to secure bookings in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will collaborate with chefs, creatives, and coordinators to deliver seamless events, maintain polished systems, and host compelling site visits that bring our spaces and story to

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive or reactive hotel sales within a luxury or lifestyle environment.
• A natural closer with a proven track record of managing pipeline and converting business.
• Commercially savvy, target-driven and motivated by results.
• Organised and detail-focused, with strong CRM experience (Delphi preferred).
• A talented writer who can create engaging proposals that reflect each hotel’s unique personality.

Responsabilités

• Turn ideas into reality — from boardroom brainstorms to penthouse soirées.
• Qualify leads, craft tailored proposals, negotiate, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with chefs, creatives, and coordinators to deliver seamless, standout events.
• Keep systems and inboxes polished and up-to-date.
• Host creative site visits that showcase spaces and the story behind them.
• Work with planning to ensure a smooth handover post-contract.
