Job summary

LGH Hotel Management Ltd is seeking a Groups and Events Sales Executive to manage enquiries for events and group accommodation across St Martins Lane and Sanderson. You will qualify leads, craft tailored proposals, and confidently negotiate to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will collaborate with chefs, creatives and coordinators to deliver seamless, standout events, host engaging site visits, and ensure smooth handover post-contract while enjoying a range of employee benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive or reactive hotel sales within a luxury or lifestyle environment.
• Proven track record of managing pipeline and converting business.
• Commercially savvy, target-driven and motivated by results.
• Strong CRM experience (Delphi preferred).
• A talented writer who can create engaging proposals reflecting each hotel’s personality.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into reality from boardroom brainstorms to penthouse soirées.
• Qualify leads, craft tailored proposals, negotiate and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Collaborate with chefs, creatives and coordinators to deliver standout events.
• Keep systems and inbox polished and up to date.
• Host site visits to bring spaces and story to life.
• Work with planning teams for smooth handover post-contract.
