Como Metropolitan London is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support coordination and management of Front Office operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the hotel’s renowned service culture.

Ideal candidates have luxury hotel experience, proven team supervision ability, and a proactive attitude. Opera knowledge is highly desirable, and the position offers a dynamic urban-luxury environment in Mayfair.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven track record supervising a team.
• Strong guest-service focus and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Front Office Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead by example and maintain the hotel's 'surprise and delight' culture.
• Assess guest issues and take prompt, appropriate action to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee handling of special room requests and billing instructions.
• Ensure VIP and long-stay guest needs are managed seamlessly.
• Supervise team, motivate staff, and provide coaching for performance.
• Coordinate group arrivals with Reservations for smooth stays.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and keep Front Office informed.
