COMO Metropolitan London is seeking an Assistant Head Concierge who leads the concierge team to deliver exceptional dining and guest experiences in a 4/5 star hotel in Mayfair, London. You will manage inquiries, bookings, and guest relations, ensuring seamless service and high satisfaction.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong English communication, and knowledge of London. Opera PMS experience is a plus, and a valid driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge experience in a 4/5 star property.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A good general knowledge of London.
• A full, clean driving license.

Responsabilités

• Plan and ensure the hotel is ready for the day’s business by sharing information with the team.
• Assist the head concierge and supervise day-to-day operations in reception, guest relations, concierge and housekeeping to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Take ownership of guest requests and see them through to completion.
• Develop and train the team to deliver高 quality service and receive great guest feedback.
• Provide efficient, polite, and courteous service on arrival and departure of guests.
• Coordinate and manage guests with business services, luggage storage and rooming.
• Assist Head Concierge with day-to-day tasks and cover the front doors when required.
