The role requires strong leadership, Opera PMS proficiency, and a proactive, guest-centric approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory Front Office in luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and coaching ability.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and nights.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day Front Desk operations.
• Support check-in/check-out and guest enquiries.
• Maintain service standards and policies.
• Assist with night audit when required.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and VIPs.
• Lead and develop reception team.
• Ensure accurate records and reporting.
