Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a professional Butler to join our Front Office team on a 39-hour week, on-site, across rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. You will deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury environment, communicate fluently in English, and coordinate with other departments to fulfil Suite guest preferences.

Prior experience in high-end hospitality and proficiency with Microsoft Office will help you succeed; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with other departments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a guest-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for Suite guests during their stay and coordinate requests.
• Facilitate guest preferences and communicate with other departments to fulfil them.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with rooming and amenities setup.
• Ensure all Suites are prepared with the correct amenities and preferences on arrival.
