Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow seeks a Front Office Receptionist on a full-time 11-month fixed-term contract. You will check guests in and out, handle queries, and welcome guests to the city while promoting loyalty programs and delivering 5-star service in a boutique setting.

We’re looking for 40-hour weeks (weekends included), prior Reception/Concierge experience a plus, and comfort with Opera hotel system.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Experience as Receptionist/Concierge/Guest Services in 4/5* hotels is beneficial.
• Familiar with Opera hotel software is a big plus.
• Warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work within the Kimpton family to deliver personal experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the city and promote the loyalty program.
