The Caledonian Edinburgh invites guests into beautifully re-imagined bedrooms inspired by Scotland’s landscapes and heritage. We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to help deliver a seamless, refined experience from first arrival to final farewell. This is a part-time contract of 32 hours, over 4 days.

Join a luxury hotel environment and provide attentive front-of-house service while upholding brand standards and delivering a warm first impression for every guest.

• Support the wider Front of House team in exceeding guest expectations.
