You will be the face of the hotel, delivering heartfelt service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and guiding guests through an exceptional stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles within 4/5* hotels is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, authentic demeanor.
• Comfortable handling guest inquiries, complaints and requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and manage guest queries and complaints.
