Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is hiring a Day Doorperson for Centre Point, London. You will be the welcoming face in a premium residential setting, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and organisation across the lobby and front-of-house areas.

Daily duties include managing arrivals, deliveries, and access control, while coordinating with contractors. The role requires a polished, energetic approach in a fast-paced, cosmopolitan environment with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in luxury residential, hotel or corporate environments.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV or building safety procedures.
• Experience managing deliveries, keys and contractor access.
• Confidence using concierge or property management systems and email for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and guests, managing arrivals and departures, and offering local knowledge and directions.
• Handling parcels, keys and post, maintaining accurate logs and ensuring secure storage and handover.
• Monitoring access control and CCTV, conducting regular patrols and safety checks, and reporting any concerns.
• Coordinating contractors and visitor access in line with site procedures and permits.
• Keeping the lobby and front-of-house areas pristine, adjusting presentation throughout the day.
• Supporting concierge services, amenity bookings and communications with the on-site management team.
