Job summary

Rendall & Rittner in Chelsea Barracks, Belgravia, is seeking a Reception and Club Host to greet residents and guests, manage enquiries and bookings for amenities, and uphold a polished, luxury front‑of‑house experience.

You will work closely with concierge, valet and security to deliver seamless daily operations, set up lounges and amenities to brand standards, and ensure privacy and discretion in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Front‑of‑house or reception experience in luxury settings.
• Experience managing amenity or spa/fitness bookings.
• Ability to handle cashless transactions and use booking CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests; manage enquiries and bookings for amenities.
• Coordinate with concierge, valet and security to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Set up lounges, business suites and pool/fitness areas to a luxury standard.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, handovers and resident feedback.
