Set in Belgravia with 24‑hour concierge and premium amenities, the role rewards discretion, warmth and polished presentation. Shift pattern is 4 on/4 off with early/late hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in front‑of‑house roles within luxury residential, five‑star hotel or private club settings.
• Proven ability to manage enquiries, bookings and guest expectations with discretion.
• Strong presentation, warmth and professional communication under pressure.
