Qualifications

• Experience in concierge/front-of-house roles within luxury environments.
• Strong customer service with calm, professional demeanour at night.
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage building access, CCTV and nightly security checks.
• Greet residents and guests, answer queries and provide local info.
• Coordinate deliveries, log parcels and hand over to day teams.
• Oversee out-of-hours contractors and ensure proper handovers.
