Rhodium is seeking a Day Concierge in London to deliver exceptional concierge services for residents and guests within a prime residential development. You will focus on amenities, security and housekeeping, coordinating central services, and building strong relationships with residents and contractors.

Working alongside the Duty Manager, you’ll help ensure a seamless, brand-aligned experience across all touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver concierge services, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to ensure seamless integration.
• Coordinate central services: guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity bookings, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
• Build resident loyalty through proactive communications and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with Duty Manager to ensure service elements operate as a single team and to uphold brand standards.
• Represent Rhodium as an ambassador for the development and its high standards.
