Rendall & Rittner are seeking a Day Concierge for the Leftbank Apartments in Manchester. You will manage daily resident requests, maintain safety, and provide outstanding customer service across a high-end development with 391 homes and a 24-hour concierge.

The role runs on a 4 on/4 off pattern (0700-1900) and offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary (£25,500 - £28,000 per annum) plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering excellent customer service within a busy development or similar environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire colleagues while coordinating with residents and contractors.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback and problem solving.

• Act as main point of contact for queries from residents, guests and contractors.
• Lead, engage and support the concierge team to deliver high service standards.
• Coordinate with security and facilities to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
