Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Floor Manager for its Sheffield Flagship store. You will lead a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, drive commercial performance, and manage stock and training initiatives to elevate customer experiences.

You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in achieving departmental targets while upholding brand standards and delivering premium service to a discerning client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including sales associates and team leaders.
• Strong customer service background with understanding of client expectations.
• Excellent product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the commercial success of the store and drive store performance.
• Identify key opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Analyse data and KPIs to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs.
• Lead and inspire your store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Train coach and upskill the store team to maximise opportunities for progression.
