Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor for the Liverpool Flagship ladieswear floor, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee a team of Sales Advisors, drive commercial performance, manage stock, and run training sessions to boost product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in premium fashion retail with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a polished appearance. You will work on site at the Liverpool Flagship store and contribute to the store's growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team of Sales Advisors to drive KPIs and store performance
• Oversee stock management, stock movement, and loss prevention
• Run training sessions to increase product knowledge across the team
• Collaborate with Store Management to achieve departmental goals and deadlines
• Maintain visual standards and ensure adherence to company policies
