Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service and luxury experience.
• Build VIP client relationships and concierge-style service.
• Maintain CRM protocols and manage customer database.
• Train and develop the concession team for luxury service.
• Recruit, train and develop the team to deliver luxury service and performance.
• Lead, motivate, and set clear targets; manage rotas and communications.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
