Job summary

OKA in Guildford is seeking a Client Experience Lead to deliver a premium shopping journey on the sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach Sales Advisors, champion exceptional service and drive performance against key store KPIs.

You will nurture client relationships through styling advice, home styling and trade referrals, role-modeling our values on the shop floor and ensuring every customer feels inspired and valued in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional luxury customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Lead and coach Sales Advisors to maximize conversions and KPI attainment.
• Drive clienteling activity to build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities for Home Styling, Interior Design and Trade referrals.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism on the shop floor.
• Support Store Manager with trading actions and performance plans.
