Job summary

OKA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Operative to join the Guildford flagship store. You will help maintain outstanding visual standards, manage stock replenishment, and support the store team in delivering an elevated customer experience.

As part of a luxury retail environment, you will create compelling displays, collaborate with management on launches, and contribute to OKA’s design storytelling across three floors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high visual merchandising standards and stock levels in line with OKA brand guidelines.
• Coordinate deliveries, including documentation and replenishment; support Click & Collect and stock changes.
• Support VM installations, range launches and visual refreshes across all floors.
• Create and maintain visual stories that inspire customers and support commercial performance.
• Provide feedback on stock-related issues and deliver inventory training to the store team.
• Promote OKA's Interior Design services through thoughtful visual placement.
