Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store objectives.
• Engage and connect with clients on an emotional level to deliver an exceptional, tailored, and unforgettable experience
• Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, etc.
• Develop and grow your client book, maintaining accurate client profiles using company systems.
• Deeply understand and confidently share our brand history and heritage.
• Showcase our product categories through expert knowledge and compelling storytelling.
• Act as a collaborative team member, actively contributing to store-wide activities and shared objectives.
• Support with Visual Merchandising in accordance with Loro Piana guidelines.
• Maintain pristine product presentation and organization across both front and back-of-house areas.
• Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
• Follow the company's policies and procedures including Loro Piana's standards in terms of grooming and behaviour.
