Qualifications

Significant experience within luxury retail.
Passion for luxury/fashion, art and design.
Proven ability to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
Strong client portfolio development skills.
Excellent knowledge of Prada products and categories.

Responsibilities

Lead by example delivering exceptional client experiences and uphold Prada standards.
Develop and maintain a strong VIC client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
Drive sales by exceeding KPIs while enhancing client satisfaction.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Assist with daily sales reporting and store operations.
Share best practices on clienteling and product knowledge.
Support achievement of department and store objectives.
Act as a reference point for colleagues on the sales floor.
