Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store objectives.

• Maintain ongoing client relationships via email, phone, and messages.
• Develop and grow your client book with accurate client profiles.
• Understand and share our brand history and heritage with clients.
• Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
• Collaborate with store team on objectives and activities.
• Support Visual Merchandising per Loro Piana guidelines.
• Maintain pristine product presentation and organization front and back of house.
• Assist with inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
• Adhere to grooming and behaviour standards.
