Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store objectives.
• Engage and connect with clients on an emotional level to deliver an exceptional, tailored, and unforgettable experience.
• Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, or messages.
• Develop and grow your client book, maintaining accurate client profiles using company systems.
• Deeply understand and confidently share our brand history and heritage.
• Showcase our product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
• Collaborate with store team to support store-wide activities and shared objectives.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising following Loro Piana guidelines.
• Maintain pristine product presentation and organization in front and back of house.
• Support with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
• Adhere to grooming and behaviour standards as per company policies.
