• Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about our products and the luxury industry.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team objectives, taking accountability for sales results while actively supporting colleagues to drive collective success.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by greeting, listening to, assisting, advising, and exceeding expectations.
• Deeply understand and confidently share our brand history and heritage.
• Showcase our product categories through expert knowledge to cross and upsell.
• Engage with diverse clients, building long-lasting relationships.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, or messages.
• Develop and grow your client book, maintaining accurate client profiles in company systems.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and clienteling skills to nurture existing clients and acquire new profiles.
• Collaborate with store team on activities and store objectives.
• Support Visual Merchandising in line with Loro Piana guidelines.
• Maintain pristine product presentation and stock organization.
• Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
