Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a dynamic Production Unit Leader for its luxury airline catering operation. You will manage the tray set up team, drive daily targets, and partner with Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores and Planning to deliver flawless service.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a passion for high-end cuisine, rigorous attention to SOPs, health and safety, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced schedules while maintaining DO & CO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen/production team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to plan and improve processes.
• Experience in fresh food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tray set up department and develop the team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores and Planning to meet daily targets.
• Adapt to fast pace and changing requirements while delivering results.
• Ensure SOPs, Health & Safety, Food safety and audits compliance.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Maintain strong working relationships with section managers and uphold DO & CO reputation.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement policies and procedures.
• Manage labour within budget and report to Senior Management.
