Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking a capable Production/Tray Set Up Manager to lead a high-end catering team and drive daily operations with a focus on quality and service excellence.

You will coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores, and Planning to meet targets, develop staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and audits. A collaborative culture and strong reporting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or food production is preferred.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tray set up department and coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores and Planning to meet daily targets.
• Develop and mentor team members, providing direction and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, health and safety standards, and audits.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to senior management.
• Foster positive relationships with section managers and maintain DO & CO quality standards.
