Job summary

This full-time role is based at our Banbury headquarters and offers a base salary of £35,000 plus commission, with a clear opportunity to grow through successful vehicle sales.

You will own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering a consultative and engaging sales experience while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• CRM and sales tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage new customer enquiries
• Conduct vehicle viewings and demonstrations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion and handover
• Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with customers
• Keep customers updated throughout the purchasing process
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Complete all sales administration accurately
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across the range
• Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage
• Work closely with the wider sales, vehicle preparation and aftersales teams
