Formación

• Excellent command of the English language; a second language is preferred.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.

• Promote and be confident with all hotel facilities offered at The Lanesborough.
• Respond swiftly to guest requirements and recognise guests' preferences.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and uphold guest history using Opera system.
