Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential.
• Excellent command of English; a second language is preferred.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Demonstrates a drive for excellent customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, creating the perfect first impression.
• You will provide exceptional service in a professional and efficient manner.
• Communicate guest preferences and relevant information with every department to ensure a seamless stay.
• Be a great team player and support the Front Office as needed across shifts.
