Job summary

The Lanesborough in London invites applications for a Guest Relations Manager to enhance guest experiences within our Front Office team. You will uphold the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service, building lasting relationships with VIP guests and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate has previous 5* luxury experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage guest inquiries and issues with discretion. A flexible, 24-hour roster is required to meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5* luxury hotel is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work a 24-hour roster when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a friendly and pleasant environment for all guests with strong guest recognition.
• Serve as The Lanesborough’s ambassador for business, embassies and corporate accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Coordinate with Butlers, Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B Heads to prepare for arrivals.
• Provide exceptional service while maximizing room revenue and team development.
• Possess duties of Hotel Duty Manager as required.
