The Lanesborough, part of Oetker Collection, is seeking a Butler Coordinator to promote and coordinate the guest experience with warmth and professionalism. You will manage amenities and guest requirements within the guest room or suite, responding swiftly and anticipating needs while coordinating with departments and maintaining guest history in Opera and the private Butler log.

• Previous experience in a similar role within 5 star establishment is essential
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Extensive knowledge of emotional intelligence, body language and non-verbal communication
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Drive for excellent customer service
• Available, flexible and willing to work a 24hr roster when required
• Some manual handling will be required

• Attend to amenities and guest requirements within the guest room or suite
• Respond swiftly to guest requests and anticipate needs throughout the stay
• Coordinate preparation for guests' stay by communicating with relevant departments and maintaining guest history in Opera and the Butler log
