MŌDUM on Sloane Street, London, is seeking a Supervisor to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily boutique operations, delivering exceptional service and upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

You will lead by example to motivate sales associates, drive clienteling, ensure impeccable store presentation and security, manage stock and POS accuracy, and train the team to meet ambitious sales targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily boutique operations with the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Lead by example to motivate sales associates and meet sales targets.
• Foster a positive team environment and personal growth.
• Ensure exceptional client experience with personalized service and discretion.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, store presentation, stock, and POS accuracy.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members; maintain CRM data.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and brand ambassador conduct.
