Christian Dior Couture in London’s Sloane Street is seeking a passionate full-time Supervisor to support boutique sales targets and deliver exceptional client experience. You will lead the team on daily activities, coach staff, and act as a role model for selling performance and floor management.

The role requires strong knowledge of fashion, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Supervisor level within luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
• Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor and support team development to help colleagues achieve targets.
• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service.
• Build loyalty through 1-2-1 personal shopper style interactions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories and stay informed on campaigns and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and maximise sales potential while meeting targets.
• Cross-sell between departments to support link sales and client interaction.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain department presentation.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the Line Manager.
