Job summary

Piaget is seeking a Deputy Boutique Manager in Greater London to support the Boutique Manager in leading a premium luxury team. You will drive sales performance, oversee client experience, stock control and boutique operations, and take day-to-day leadership in the manager's absence.

You will coach staff, maintain high service standards, lead CRM activities, and ensure compliance with Maison guidelines. A strong client-facing presence and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven management experience within luxury retail or high-level service.
• Strong CRM and clienteling capability with a focus on client development and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique operations and daily floor management, ensuring commercial performance and high standards.
• Coach and develop the team, manage performance and objectives.
• Oversee stock control, after-sales, and visual merchandising to maintain premium presentation.
