Job summary

MŌDUM is seeking a Store Director to lead a flagship boutique in London. Reporting to the Retail Director, you will drive commercial performance, deliver an exceptional client journey, and build a high-performing luxury team.

You will shape client experiences for HNW and UHNW clientele and ensure operational excellence across all retail functions. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity requiring a track record of managing flagship stores, developing leaders, and delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Proven success leading flagship boutiques or high-performing luxury businesses.
• Background in Fine Jewellery, High Jewellery, Watches, or another luxury category.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing boutique team.
• Drive commercial performance and exceed boutique sales, profitability and KPI objectives.
• Develop long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and champion a world-class clienteling culture.
• Ensure CRM remains central to client interactions and manage day-to-day boutique operations.
