Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven management experience in luxury retail or high-level service.
• Strong CRM and clienteling capability with focus on client development and retention.
• Ability to coach, develop and manage performance within a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Boutique Manager in leadership and day-to-day management across performance, people, client experience and operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional Piaget client experiences.
• Lead the sales floor, stay client-facing, and drive commercial results with the team.
• Coordinate events, client activations and partnerships for boutique growth.
• Oversee boutique operations, stock, cash desk, security and back-of-house standards.
• Manage CRM activity, data quality and daily client follow-up and briefings.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation are maintained.
• Support stock inventories, stock transfer processes and after-sales procedures.
