Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing counter team with a focus on collaboration and service excellence

• Drive business planning, forecasting, promotions, and category development
• Recruit and onboard new team members with support from Talent Acquisition
• Maintain brand standards and exceptional client experiences across activations and events
