Responsibilities

• Lead the counter team at CHANEL, managing day-to-day operations and rosters.

• Contribute to business planning, forecasting, promotions, and category development.
• Proactively recruit and onboard new clients, supporting clienteling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail Development and retailer partners to drive growth and performance.
