The role focuses on people leadership, business development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences, with a pro-active and strategic approach to counter performance within a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering collaboration.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day counter operations, rota management, stock monitoring and reporting.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
• Drive business planning, forecasting, promotions and category development to grow sales.
• Cultivate client relationships, drive client loyalty and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
