Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Account Manager to lead the Fragrance & Beauty counter, driving retail excellence and client experiences. Manage day-to-day operations, coach the team, and strengthen Chanel’s brand presence in-store at John Lewis Stratford.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in luxury or premium retail, a passion for client-centric experiences, and strong commercial awareness to drive growth and KPI performance.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in luxury or premium retail, ideally beauty/fragrance.
Ability to coach diverse teams and drive collaboration.
Strong clienteling and service focus with brand presentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing counter team, fostering collaboration.
Coach onboarding and training, ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
Set goals, review performance, and support career development.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment cycles.
Oversee day-to-day retail operations and stock reporting.
Drive business planning, forecasting, and category development.
Build strong retailer partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
