Cornwall Staff Agency Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hospitality group at a stunning coastal property in St Ives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beachfront setting with strong Cornish produce provenance.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-calibre team, drive service excellence, manage stock and budgets, and help grow the restaurant’s reputation in a premium environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years’ restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge.
• Experience managing stock, budgets and costs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
