Job summary

GMP Worldwide is representing a leading luxury coastal resort in Cornwall, seeking an accomplished Hotel Manager to lead a 180-strong team and drive profitability, guest experience and operational excellence across the property.

You will report to the Resort Director and collaborate with the Board to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and spearhead strategic growth. On-site leadership and hands-on management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.
• Experience leading a large, luxury hotel/resort operation.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Taking full operational responsibility for the hotel and supporting growth of the business.
• Leading and developing a senior operational team across F&B, Kitchen, FoH, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Spa and Health Club.
• Managing a workforce of approximately 180 employees.
• Delivering annual business plans, budgets and revenue/profit targets.
• Driving sales and guest spend across all revenue streams.
