Lithia UK, Stratstone Porsche Wolverhampton, seeks a confident Porsche Pro to act as a brand ambassador and product expert, supporting the sales team with detailed product explanations and exceptional customer care. You’ll stay updated on new Porsche technologies, assisting customers and colleagues with in-depth insights.

• Ability to absorb information quickly and communicate it effectively.

• Collaborate with Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for social media streams.
• Be fully knowledgeable around Porsche products and technologies.
• First point of contact for customers to help resolve technical or troubleshooting issues.
• Provide in-depth insights for Centre employees about products and tech updates.

A basic salary of £26,436, with a bonus of £4,000, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

As Porsche Pro, you will be a brand ambassador for the Centre by keeping up to date on all new technologies and products as they are released which will support a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the sales team you will spend your time with customers, conducting a detailed and enthusiastic product explanation where required.

What does the role of Porsche Pro do?

• You’ll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements
• You’ll Collaborate and work closely with with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different Social Media streams
• You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies
• You’ll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
• You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for Porsche Centre employees about products and technological updates

What do you need to succeed as a Porsche Pro?

• You’ll have previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry
• You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry
• You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
• You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers
• You’ll be confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly
• You’ll have great organisational and time keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively
